PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to each request for a quote from Services Provider for provision of Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Services and to the provision of services following acceptance by the client of a quote from Services Provider, who shall agree on the following:

Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Services system; it is a teleconference application with two people in different places with support of interpreter.

The Beneficiary and Service Provider have expressed an interest to enter into this Service Payment and Terms, Conditions, Privacy Policy for the sale and purchase for beneficiary and Support Services

Beneficiary, have agreed with the Service Provider (InvesttorconnectUS and MyInvestSupport services on behalf of GulfUS Capital LLC and its technical partners) company at the term of this agreement.

Furthermore, the Service Provider is willing and able to accept such responsibilities as well as act in compliance with this Terms, Conditions, Privacy policy, Pricing, Refund policy in its entirety.

This agreement represents the only relationship between Beneficiary and Service Provider Company. No other relationship between the two entities exists, implied or otherwise.

1. DEFINITIONS

Unless expressly stated otherwise, in this Agreement the words below shall bear the following meaning:

1.1. “Services” means the services specified by Services Provider to the Client;

1.2. “Party” shall refer to a service provider or client that requests interpretation services or on whose behalf interpretation services are requested from Services Provider

1.3. Service provider: It refers to the group that provides InvesttorconnectUS and MyInvestSupport services on behalf of GulfUS Capital LLC and its technical partners Services provider , business company which offers Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Services to customers in exchange for payment.

1.4. Beneficiary: Organization, business or individual customers which purchasing Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Services

1.5. Support Services; Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Supportive service information to be given to beneficiaries

1.6. “Contract” means a contract comprising these terms and conditions;

1.7. “Intellectual Property” includes all copyright, trademarks, designs, patents, domain names, concepts, know-how, trade secrets, logos and all other similar property and rights whether registered or unregistered;

1.8. “Quote” means a quote issued by Services Provider. to the Client;

1.9.Service fees; Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Supportive service fees for support services

1.10. “Working Days,” we work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week serving our valued clients.

1.11. Escrow Account: that is simple and safe for Buyers and Sellers.A licensed and regulated escrow company compliant with Escrow Law. Regularly audited by government authorities

2. SERVICES

The Services Provider services is Professional Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Services marketing platform.
As the marketing services comprising the “Services” (defined below), Services wants to ensure that all Users of the Services Provider Services are aware of, and abide by, all pertinent laws.
Technical responsibility in interpreter and telecom services are Signal Telecom and partner interpreter companies with which the group cooperates. Services Provider Group reseller, we do marketing and service transfer to customers.

2.1. Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Services system will provide translation services for many of the world spoken languages. At any time during a conversation between the adviser-broker-expert and the investors-traders-clients, if any translation need arises, clients and advisers will be able to conference in a third-party translator.

2.2. Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Services system has the most advanced interpretation delivery platform! The Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Services system Professional Interpreter Network provides access to literally thousands of professionally certified interpreters worldwide and supports over 300 languages.

2.3.The Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Services system is built upon the most advanced telephonic communication software systems available for Interpreting communications today. This is very affordable telephonic “Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Services system -OPI service platform available for all companies, customers and investors.

2.4. All services, including but not limited to: over-the-phone interpreting, video interpreting, and in-person interpreting, shall be done in the manner and form indicated and displayed on the Services Provider websites or the investorconnectUS and MyInvestSupport portals. All services of alternate forms or means requested by the client must be agreed upon by the parties in writing and stipulated in detail in this document.

2.5. Services Provider reserves the right to decline to provide any interpretation services at its discretion considers to be offensive, obscene, contrary to any law or otherwise considered by Services Provider to be inappropriate.

2.6. Subject to receipt of all applicable amounts due from the Client, Services Provider will provide the services as specified in the contract and in accordance with Services Provider’s standard practices and procedures including the practices and procedures as described in the contract issued to the Client.

3. INTERPRETING CHARGES AND PAYMENT

3.1. All service fee is transferred on behalf of the Services Provider account by credit card-paypal or bank transfer.

3.2. According to the agreement 12-6-3-1 monthly or short time (120-60-30-15 minute) service charges are transferred from the beneficiary-customers credit card account.

3.3. If the beneficiary’s quota is not completed within the specified period, the Quota and service fee will not be refunded.

3.4. In the phone calls and for interpreter services of all languages; No charge to customers phone. Paid only for successful connections

3.5. Unused minutes go to the next billing cycle. You can enable auto-renewal of your subscription at any time..

3.6. You should purchase credits in advance and use them to avail of Services Provider services. Charges are set forth in the “Sponsorship and Beneficiary” agreement. The rates are subject to change from time to time. If you run out of credits during a call, you will be prompted and if you fail to purchase more credits the call will be disconnected.

3.7. Payments shall be made through wire transfer, Paypal and by credit card using encryption communication ensuring privacy and security with the Escrow agreement,

3.8. If you enter into a contract with Services Provider , rates and payment terms are as set forth in your contract.

3.9. You will be charged for the whole minute if usage is anything less than a whole. Third-party charges will begin from the time they are added to the call.

3.10. If the purchaser is not satisfied, the purchaser may contact customer support to express any concerns and refunds are at the discretion of Services Provider

3.11. The buyer currently has the option to pay us by wire, and may have the ability to pay by credit card/PayPal ($5,000 limit). At this time, all our transactions are in AUD, USD, or Euros. We request all funds sent by buyers are received in the currency of the transaction. We disburse in the currency of the transaction.

3.12. All disbursements are at the close of transactions for each monthly.
For example: Buyer Pays Sept 1st the whole amount of $50.000/Yearly for 12 monthly Sponsorship-Beneficiary services ( for example 10.000 minute quota and other support services) plans
Milestone 1-Part 1 – Disburse $5.000/1.month ( for 1. monthly quota and other services ) to the seller -September 1
Milestone 2 -Part 2 – 1. monthly service is performed , used of quotas and completed . Disburse $5.000/2.monthly to the seller – November 1
Note. When the monthly quota of 1000 minutes expires before 1 month, an additional $ 5000 is paid within that month, without waiting for the end of the month. If the monthly quota is not over, the payment for the other ritual is suspended. To protect the customer)
The payments for the services of 12-6-3 months are made in this way for the sponsors and beneficiaries. This plan will be writhed in the contract

3.13. Payments are held in Independent Escrow Company account.
Service is provided according to the terms in the contract. If the customer wants to cancel the service for justified reasons; He will give 1 month notice. Escrow company, will return the remaining balance to the company. Customer is always guaranteed

3.14. Process
STEP 1: To fill in an application form to benefit from Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Supportive services
STEP 2: The Beneficiary will pay the service fee is transferred to Independent Escrow Company account by credit card-paypal or wire transfer for Services Provider
STEP 3: Starting services the Supplementary Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Supportive services to the beneficiary
STEP 4: Disbursements are at the close of transactions for each monthly.
STEP 5: Will be sent monthly reports and sales invoices of the services provided to the beneficiaries
STEP 6: Escrow company, will return the remaining balance to the company.

3.15. Guarantees
a- Terms, Conditions, Privacy policy contract for Over the Phone Interpreting & Audio (Triple) Conference Supportive services
b- Sales invoices for Support Services
c- Independent Escrow Company account documents

4. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

4.1. Both parties recognize and acknowledge the confidential nature of the Confidential Information.
4.2. Neither party may disclose any Confidential Information other than:
(a) to its directors, employees, contractors or subcontractors to the extent necessary in the performance of the Contract;
(b) with the express prior written consent of the other party; or
(c) to its professional advisers.

5. GENERAL

5.1. This Agreement shall enter into force with immediate effect and shall be valid until the complete fulfillment of contractual obligations.

5.2. Entire agreement: Each Contract constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties, superseding all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of that Contract.
5.3. Amendments:Except as specifically provided, no amendment to a Contract will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.

Services Provider Privacy Policy for Customers and Clients

Services Provider pledges to maintain the utmost respect and confidentiality for all of its client’s speaks. Accordingly, Services Provider and all affiliates will use your personal information only for the following purposes:

7. SERVICES PROVIDER ‘S PURPOSE IN COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Services Provider collects your personal information only for the purpose of invoicing you on your translation and sending you the final document. Services Provider does not store any of your personal information or redistribute it to any outside parties. Services Provider only uses personal information to:
— Contact You
— Deliver the services you request
— Develop and communicate special offers
— Provide customer service

8-WHAT INFORMATION Services Provider COLLECTS AND HOW IT IS COLLECTED

— Contact information, phone numbers, service preferences, billing information, and other information provide when you do business with Services Provider
— Your location and indus
— A voice recording of your interpretation, if you have “call recording” enabled in your account.
HOW Services Provider USES PERSONAL INFORMATION
— Services Provider does not sell or rent personal information to others.
— Services Provider does not use cookies on your website
— Services Provider does not disclose personal information to non-Affiliates except in the instance that you request Services Provider to do so.
— If you have call recording enabled on your account, your call recording will be stored for a period of 30 days or until such time when you request deletion, whichever is earlier. We do not sell or allow your Customer Account Data to be used by third parties. Your data will be stored in a highly secure server with our cloud communication platform service provider (Twilio).

9.SERVICES PROVIDER TAKES REASONABLE STEPS TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Services Provider maintains a database of only your contact information and your original documents and translated documents solely for the purpose of saving your files in case you need to refer back to them and for our accounting purposes.

10.MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES PROVIDER’S PRIVACY POLICIES
Services Provider reserves the right to change its privacy policies at any time, except as may be prohibited by law. Services Provider will post revisions online. Use of Services Provider ‘s services after posted changes means that you consent to the privacy policies as changed.

11. Third party Backstop Providers reserve the right to decline interpretation services to a Services Provider customer contacted through the Services Provider Platform.
But Services Provider services makes no guarantee, representation or warranty that any on-demand OPI or VRI call placed via the platform for a supported languag1e will be answered.
Services Provider reserves the right to change and update the list of supported languages for both OPI and VRI services at any time.

12. Awareness of Certain Laws

Prior to using this site or the services accessible through this site (collectively, “Services”), “You or the User” (i.e., each end user, sales agent, reseller, or other party accessing the site) shall have made yourself aware of the legalities of all intended uses of the Services Provider Services.
Without, in any way, limiting the general nature of the Representations and Warranties set forth below, or the covenant in the preceding sentence. You agree that you are aware of the laws and regulations contained on the following websites:

13.Use of the Services Provider Service
You, the User, will not use, or attempt to use, the Services Provider Service to convey any information that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, tortuous, or invasive or another person’s privacy or proprietary rights.
The User agrees to follow the letter and spirit of the Services Provider Terms of Service “TOS” Agreement as set forth and all applicable laws.
The User will not transmit, or attempt to transmit, any material that may infringe the contractual, fiduciary, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties, including trademark, copyright or the right of publicity. The User will not impersonate, or attempt to impersonate, any other person, falsify contact information, misrepresent a relationship with any person or entity, including misrepresenting a relationship with Services Provider , or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message. The User will not resell, or attempt to resell, the use of the Services Provider Service without express, prior written consent/permission from Services Provider The User will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services Provider Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Services Provider Service, network, other accounts, web interface, computer systems or networks connected to the Services Provider Service, through password/PIN, mining or any other means. User agrees that Services Provider retains the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether or not the User’s conduct is consistent with the letter and spirit of the Service Agreement. Services Provider may immediately terminate the User’s Services Provider account if the User’s conduct is found to be inconsistent with the User Service Agreement.

14.Representations and Warranties
You, the User, represent and warrants that (i) You have all rights, power and authority to be bound hereby and to perform the obligations required hereunder; (ii) nothing contained herein places You in breach with any other contract or obligation; and (iii) You are, and at all times shall remain, in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning privacy, telemarketing and internet marketing, and otherwise relating to your use of the Services (including, without limitation, the Telemarketing Sales Rule (“TSR”), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”). Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company and Company’s affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, and agents, and shall defend, at your expense, and pay the cost of any damages, settlement or award (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and all related costs) arising out of, or in connection with, any actual or threatened claim, suit, action or proceeding by any person or authority arising out of Your violation of any representation, warranty or covenant contained herein, or any use by You, any account of Yours, or anyone else using your login information, to access the site or utilize the Services. If You fail to promptly investigate and defend or settle any claim of which You are notified, then Company has the right to take sole control over defense of the claim and all negotiations for its settlement or compromise, and You shall pay, as they become due, all of the reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and related costs) reasonably incurred by Company in defending or negotiating settlement of the claim, and You shall satisfy any related settlement, award, or judgment.

15.Governing Law and Venue
These terms of use shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without effect to its conflict of laws and/or provisions. If a dispute arises out of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with such action. The parties agree on behalf of themselves and any persons claiming by or through them that the sole location and venue for any litigation or other action that may arise hereunder shall be in an appropriate federal or state court in New Jersey

16.Services Provider Beneficiaries ID Master Services Agreement – Part II
This Master Services Beneficiaries ID Agreement is being served as Notice to the User(s) of the Services Provider in conjunction with the Services Provider Terms of Service Agreement. For and Consideration of the premises and mutual agreements herein, Services Provider and the Customer/User agree as follows:

17.Terms and Termination of Master Beneficiaries ID Agreement
The initial term of this Agreement shall commence immediately upon the Customer/User of the Services Provider Service. The User/Customer can use their own Beneficiaries ID’s and said Customer/User is not required to use Beneficiaries ID’s given to the User/Customer for their legal outbound dialing. In the event that Services Provider cannot continue to provide the services referenced in this Agreement, for any reason, Services Provider may terminate this agreement immediately, upon written notice to the Customer and forfeit any future usage of the Beneficiaries ID’s to said Customer/User.

18.Services
Company intends to make available its Beneficiaries ID Management Services to Customer/User solely for business use and to be used accordingly and to the spirit of this agreement. Services Provider Responsibilities
Services Provider provides its services through various network and database facilities. Services Provider will provision Customer with its Beneficiaries ID Services. As part of its service, Services Provider will manage the “calling name” and/or calling number that will be passed to terminating carriers for calls originated via telephone numbers that Services Provider has assigned. Services Provider will also manage any transactions wherein the CNAM information is passed between carriers or CNAM database organizations. Customer understands and agrees that Services Provider will receive revenues, as a result of paid queries related to the Customer’s use of Services Provider Beneficiaries ID Management Services from its underlying providers. Services Provider stipulates that it does not have access to Customer’s calling data. Should Customer send Services Provider calling data for analysis, Services Provider will not share that data with any 3′” party other than its underlying providing CNAM companies per agreement with the Customer/User.

19.Customer Responsibilities
Customer acknowledges that Services Provider Beneficiaries ID Management Service does not provide and excludes local dial tone and usage, emergency (e.g. 911), intra LATA toll, inter LATA toll, interstate toll, international toll, 700, 800, 900, collect, 3rd party, operator assisted, calling card, billed to CLECS, or any other services that may result in charges being assessed to the Customer telephone numbers, as such numbers are provided through this Agreement, or to the Company, its local providers or its database providers.
Customer also acknowledges that Services Provider program cannot be utilized by Customer, its employees, its agents, its contractors or its authorized users in an attempt to avoid paying intrastate switched access surcharges, interstate switched access charges, international switched access charges and tariffs, or reciprocal compensation charges which are normally applicable.
Customer also acknowledges and agrees that any attempt by the Customer, its employees, its agents, its sub-contractors or its authorized users to use services provided under this Agreement to obtain any of the aforementioned non-provided and excluded services or in an attempt to avoid intrastate switched access charges, interstate switched access charges, international switched access charges and tariffs, or reciprocal compensation charges without providing the Company, or its partners, an opportunity to recover its costs, plus a reasonable profit, will result in the immediate termination of this Agreement for Beneficiaries ID usage.
Customer agrees to comply with all applicable local, state and federal rules and laws when using Services Provider Services, including, but not limited to, those rules and laws which may pertain to consumer fraud, obscenity, telemarketing and/or “no call” lists (e.g., Part 310 of the FTC’s rules and Part 64 of the FCC’s rules). Likewise, Customer warrants that it has obtained all government approvals, licenses, authorizations, consents or permissions necessary to provide the services for which Customer will use Services Provider assigned numbers.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Services Provider , its local providers and its database providers harmless from any of the Customer’s actions, or actions of Customer’s employees, agents, subcontractor’s and authorized users, which are not in compliance with any such, rules, laws, regulations or requirements.
Customer understands and acknowledges that the Customer will not generate any revenues or income for the usage of Services Provider Beneficiaries ID’s as detailed below. The Customer agrees that use of Services Provider Beneficiaries ID Management Services is provided to the Customer pursuant to this Agreement will be for the delivery of queries for outbound calls only, which outbound calls will be provided by and through the facilities of the Customer’s local and long distance carriers of choice. The Customer agrees to provide Services Provider with a toll-free number or IP address to forward return calls to. In the event that a normal POTS number is provided for forwarding, Customer agrees to accept charges related to call forwarding.

20.Non-Circumvention
During the term of this Agreement, nor following the termination of said service to Customer/User by Services Provider , Customer/User agrees they shall not, whether on their own or through or on the behalf of any other person or entity disturb or negatively affect the business relationship between Services Provider and/or any of its business relationships, including, but not limited to telemarketing firms, call centers, LEC’s, CLEC’s, ILEC’S, IXC’S and sales agents, and customers.

21.No Warranties
Services Provider makes no warranties or representation, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use, except those expressly set forth in this Agreement. Liability
Services Provider liability for any claim, loss or damage arising out of the furnishing of its services (Beneficiaries ID usage), including but not limited to mistakes, omissions, interruptions, delays, errors, other defects, or representations by the Company, or use of these Beneficiaries ID’s or damages arising out of the failure to furnish the service whether caused by act or omission shall damages occur.
Services Provider will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits of any kind, to customer as a result of any service, equipment or facilities, or the acts or omissions or negligence of Services Provider employees or agents.
In any event, no action or proceeding against Services Provider shall be commenced more than three months after said service has been rendered. Services Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure of performance or equipment due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, explosion or other catastrophes; any law, order, regulation, direction, action, or request of The United States government or of any other government, including state and local governments having or claiming jurisdiction over Services Provider , or of any department, agency, compensation, bureau, corporation, or other instrumentality of any one or more of these federal, state, or local governments, or of any military authority; preemption of existing service in compliance with national emergencies; insurrections; riots; wars; unavailability of lights-of-way or materials; or strikes, lockouts, work stoppages, or other labor difficulties.
Services Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses due to the fault or negligence of the Customer, or Customer’s authorized users or due to the failure or malfunction of Customer-provided equipment or facilities or the equipment or facilities of Customer’s authorized users.

22.Indemnification
Services Provider shall be indemnified, defended and held harmless by the Customer, against any claim, loss or damage arising from Customer’s use, or by the use of others authorized by the Customer, of services furnished under this Agreement, including, but not limited to: claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or infringement of copyright arising from the material, data, information, or other content transmitted via Services Provider service; and patent infringement claims arising from combining or connecting the service offered by Services Provider with apparatus and systems of the Customer or others; all other claims arising out of any act or omission of the Customer or others, in connection with any service provided by Services Provider pursuant to this Agreement.

23.Notice
Notices, under this Agreement, shall be sent in writing to the authorized representatives, identified by the parties. Prior Agreements; Severability; Complete Understanding; Modification

If any provision of this agreement is for any reason found to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will continue in force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter of this agreement. Any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written, oral or otherwise, are hereby superseded and are null and void. No amendment of this Agreement shall be binding after the Acceptance has been established below by the Customer/User.

24.Confidentiality
The terms and conditions of this Agreement contain proprietary information pertaining to both Services Provider and Customer of a highly sensitive nature such that improper disclosure would expose each party to an unreasonable risk of harm from their competitors. Accordingly, the terms and conditions of this Agreement are to be held as strictly confidential among those employees and agents of both parties with a need to know such terms and conditions.
The parties agree that impending or existing breaches in the confidentiality of this Agreement, or any of the terms and conditions herein, would cause the party to whom such confidential information pertains to irreparable injury for which it would have no adequate remedy at law, and agree that the aggrieved party shall be entitled to immediate injunctive relief prohibiting such breach in confidentiality, in addition to any other rights and remedies available to it.

25.Assignment
Neither party shall assign its rights and/or obligations under this agreement without approval of the other Party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

26.Applicable Laws
There is no compensation to Customer for the use of Services Provider Beneficiaries ID’s. The Beneficiaries ID’s are furnished solely to Customer for usage for their outbound dialing requirements as agreed. Again, the usage of said Beneficiaries Id’s, as furnished to Customer by Services Provider will be used accordingly, ethically, and accordance to all Federal and State laws where required.

27.Acceptance
By clicking the “ACCEPT” button, you, the User agree to the above terms “TOS” for the Services Provider System and its Beneficiaries ID’s that they may furnish to you, the Customer/User for usage. You furthermore agree to and understand all of the Federal and State laws in regards to and prior to the usage of the Services Provider System and its Beneficiaries ID’s.
