c- If the beneficiary’s quota is not completed within the specified period, the Quota and service fee will not be refunded.

e- When the beneficiary is not served with the technical problems arising from the service provider, the fee payment is waited. When the technical problem is completed, the remaining service quota fees are transferred to the service provider.
